The quarry is located all the way out in the desert, in Bone County, and the missions are where you can access vehicles like the Dumper. There are seven missions in total, and their objectives range from having to clear the paths before the next deliveries come in, to hiding bodies before the time runs out. Once completed, you'll be rewarded with a lot of money, you'll gain the quarry as an asset, and the Dumper and the Dozer will become permanent spawns here too.
These are situated in the countryside and are available after completing Catalina's "Tanker Commander" mission. There are eight missions to do and they all involve you delivering cargo to a destination with certain requirements. Some will ask you to deliver within a certain time limit, others will have fragile goods so you'll have to drive carefully, and some may even combine these objectives together. Your reward for completing these missions is a hefty sum of cash and acquiring RS Haul as an asset.
This side activity becomes available after you've completed Cesar's garage missions in the game's main story. Your task is to complete three lists of vehicle deliveries to the crane at Easter Basin Docks in San Fierro ten per list. Exporting a car will allow you to then purchase it yourself, but this is dependant on the day of the week in-game.

First, switch to the M4 and look through the wire fence in front of you. Aim at and kill the ten or so enemies in here, then turn off the night vision goggles or you won't be able to see the fires.
Use the fire extinguisher and work your way along the walk way putting out the fires so that you don't burn to death. You'll need to go slowly and make sure all fires are out before trying to get past. If you have completed the Firefighter submission then you'll be fireproof, and you can basically just skip all of the fire extinguisher section as you won't take any damage from being on fire anyway.
Once you've put out all of the fires and cleared a path to the door, put back on the night vision goggles, and equip your M4. Head through the doors and down the stairs, taking out the Ballas who try to get away. Go through the next room and kill any Ballas, then move into the first main area we came to. Once again this is flooded with enemies, so aim and shoot everywhere.
Luckily the smoke and fire makes it a bit easier to kill them without taking too much damage. You can get through this area without needing to put any fires out if you navigate your way through the fires.
Head through the door and through the hall way killing the last few enemies, then you'll need to put out a fire. Head down the stairs and exit the building through the door. Kill the last five or so enemies, then make your way to the wall you smashed open before. A cutscene will then be shown where the building explodes and Carl escaped just in time.
Straight after, Sweet will be seen jumping onto the back of Tenpenny's firetruck. You will get in a Stinger and you need to chase after Sweet and the firetruck. Don't lose it! During the chase, some fools will throw Molotov Cocktails in front of your car, however these are merely for the action and will not cause any damage to your vehicle.
After about a minute or two of the chase you'll get to a part where Ballas are throwing Molotov's. At this part be very careful for obstacles on the road. Use the right analog stick to adjust the camera so you can see a bit further ahead than usual. Follow Tenpenny onto the tracks and avoid the train. Just a bit further along a cop will climb out of the cab and start standing on Sweet's hands.
He can't hold on for very long, so you need to speed right behind the fire truck and stay there while he falls onto your car. Once he does, a cutscene will start where Carl and Sweet swap positions. He's driving, and you're shooting. Aim for the cop at the top of the ladder then use L1 to blast him.
Shoot the other cop who is climbing on the other side as well. After that you'll have a cop tail, so turn around and keep the cop and gang cars off the back of the car. Keep spraying your Uzi bullets into them, and they'll eventually blow up. You'll be told about some Ballas on a bridge throwing stuff onto the road.
After that a few bikes will chase you. You need to take out these bikes as soon as possible, keep shooting for the drivers and try to kill them as soon as you can. You'll also need to deal with about four more police cars. Just keep shooting at everything you can see basically. Keep the car alive until you reach the overpass which goes over the top of Grove Street. Tenpenny crashes his firetruck off the side of the bridge and after the cutscene, dies from the accident. God knows why she called you.

Woozie admits that he cannot do it as he is blind, leading CJ to finally agree and do it. Woozie is informed by his Triad that the Da Nang Boys have arrived on a freighter ship at San Fierro Bay and brought along some refugees locked inside a container with them. Their leader, Snakehead, has also arrived.
CJ gets in a helicopter with the Triad and both fly towards the ship to launch an attack. Sneak on board, release some slaves from a boat , and kill the Snakehead.
CJ finds out that Tenpenny and Pulaski are waiting for him in his office, and meets them. Tenpenny informs CJ about a journalist who is trying to investigate Pulaski and tells CJ to kill him, as well as a reporter who is going to meet him.
Take out a reporter and a journalist. Woozie has left a message about the meeting between the Ballas and the Loco Syndicate, but CJ has to find out where. The only way to find out is through Jizzy's phone, so CJ decides to kill Jizzy in order to take his phone and know the meeting's location. Break into the Pleasure Domes and kill Jizzy B. CJ finds out that the meeting will take place at Pier 69, and wants Cesar to meet up there in order to plan to stop the meeting.
CJ and Cesar meet up, and Woozie's Triads arrive at the pier for some backup. CJ tries to help them by sniping the guards on the rooftop. CJ heads to the headquarters to stop the helicopter.
The Loco Syndicate has come to an end, but Woozie explains that the only thing left to end it is to destroy the crack factory in Doherty. A garage mechanic working with Woozie has set a wired car. CJ uses the car to get to the factory and do the job. Blow up the Loco Syndicate's drug factory. Zero reveals he has prepared a tracking automobile that tracks the cellphone signals made by the driver. CJ uses it to steal the desired vehicle. Steal a car with a tracking system.
Cesar informs CJ that he has located two more cars on his wishlist. CJ and Cesar drive to an automobile showroom to steal the cars. Steal and test some racing cars with Cesar.
Cesar reveals that there is another car on their wishlist that is loaded onto a container in Easter Basin. Cesar and CJ head to the docks to find it.
Steal a car from a container at the docks and beat the security guards. Cesar is angry because he failed to steal a final car on his wishlist, saying that the driver is too fast. CJ plans to use stingers to stop and puncture the vehicle. Use stingers to steal a Stratum. Mike Toreno , a member of a clandestine government organization who CJ originally thought to be involved with the drug ring, reveals that it was a decoy of himself that CJ killed previously. Mike reveals that the Loco Syndicate was a front to finance his agency's operations in Latin America.
Toreno tells CJ the truth about Tenpenny's crimes. In return for the assurance that Toreno will keep Sweet safe while in prison and try to use his connections to release him, CJ will need to do missions for Toreno.
This will also serve as a way for CJ to make up for sabotaging Toreno's drug peddling operation. Meanwhile, in the desert, The Truth and CJ do missions involving alien cover-ups by the military. CJ walks into a mysterious voice, who seems to know about CJ's mother. CJ is unaware of what is happening, and in order to know, he is forced to drive a Monster Truck within the time limit.
Complete a time trial in a Monster Truck. Mike Toreno, the man behind the mysterious voice, surprises CJ and reveals his true identity to him. Toreno wants CJ to do some tasks for him, the first one being commandeering a tanker truck.
Hijack a tanker and drive it back to Doherty with Cesar Vialpando. Toreno then states that a cargo helicopter is delivering contraband and wants CJ to collect it by defending the helicopter. Escort and protect Toreno's helicopter , then take the contraband dropped by it. Purchase the Verdant Meadows airstrip in Bone County. Toreno tells CJ to learn to fly by taking flying lessons at the airstrip.
CJ initially refuses, but agrees after Toreno tells about his brother's release from prison. Toreno explains that his agents are in trouble and need some equipment. Toreno asks CJ to deliver a package of equipment using a plane before nightfall.
Fly under the radar to Angel Pine and back within the time limit. A cargo plane arrives at the airstrip with some government agents. Toreno reveals that those people are from a rival agency. Toreno wants CJ to kill all those agents and blow up the plane.
Destroy a government plane. CJ meets The Truth at the airstrip. Truth questions CJ for working for the government then explains to him about a military base Area 69, where the black project is being developed. The Truth wants CJ to steal the black project and drops him near the base.
Break into Area 69 and steal the Black Project. The Truth flies the jetpack that CJ has stolen, but falls off due to being unable to control it. Truth then tells CJ to steal the stuff that he himself does not know from a train. CJ uses the jetpack to head to train to steal what Truth wants. Using the Jetpack , steal the Green Goo from a train.
CJ and Woozie plot not only to send the Sindaccos a message, but also heist Caligula's. Meanwhile, Truth's connections lead him to Ken Rosenberg , a lawyer in charge of the business dealings of Caligula's, and later on, Salvatore Leone , Don of the Leone Family. CJ gains the trust of Salvatore to gain inside access, and also to help Ken escape the life-and-death situation of his job.
Meanwhile, CJ saves Madd Dogg from attempting to jump from a building after getting drunk due to his career being over - ironically because CJ secretly stole Madd Dogg's rhyme book earlier. CJ meets him at the casino. Woozie explains that the mafia families are causing trouble to his business. Woozie offers CJ a share of the casino, in exchange for CJ to help him.
A Triad informs that a thug was caught and Woozie wants to get rid of him, and CJ thinks of a plan. Scare Johnny Sindacco by driving around with him on the car's windscreen.
CJ finds out that the Sindacco Family is the main problem for Woozie's new casino business. CJ heads to the quarry. Steal the dynamite from the Hunter Quarry.
Woozie receives two casino chips and realizes that one of them is fake. Woozie gets angry, saying that the Sindacco Family is behind this, and wants to blow up the chip factory where these chips are made. CJ tells Woozie that he got this. CJ receives a phone call from The Truth, who says that he, with a band, went on a peyote safari and something unknowingly happened that led to him being separated from them.
Truth tells that they're in Arco Del Oeste and asks CJ to go there and check whether they're alive or not. Rescue Maccer and Kent Paul from the desert and bring them to Caligula's Palace, escaping the snake farmers.
Woozie plans a heist at the Caligula's Casino. To prepare for that, the first step they need to make is to get the blueprints for the casino. CJ heads to the City Planning Department where the blueprint is located and decides to take a photo of it. Steal the blueprint for Caligula's Casino. CJ and Woozie got the blueprints.
The next step is to get a keycard for the casino that allows to access restricted areas in the casino. The keycard is with the casino's croupier, and CJ needs to gain her trust to get the keycard.
Gain the affections of Millie Perkins to gain a keycard for the casino. CJ gained the trust of Millie Perkins and the keycard is yet to be received anytime. The next step is to temporarily cut the power supply to Las Venturas so that the power should be disabled during the heist. CJ heads to Sherman Dam, which supplies hydroelectric power to the city, to plant explosives on the generators. Plant explosive charges on the Sherman Dam , thus disabling the power during the upcoming heist. After planting explosive charges on the generators at the dam, CJ's next step is to steal four police bikes that need to be used as outsiders for an armored vehicle where the cash is stored.
CJ heads to steal the bikes within a limited time. Steal four HPV police bikes. CJ has stolen four police bikes to used as outsiders. His final step is to steal an armored truck that must be used as a getaway vehicle to haul off cash. Instead of gaining suspicion by simple carjacking, the team plans to steal a sky crane to lift the truck.
CJ heads to K. Steal an armored truck using a Leviathan obtained from the K. Ken Rosenberg is distressed, stating that he is under pressure from the three mafia families. To make things worse, Forellis learn that Johnny Sindacco, who CJ scared previously, is in a coma and plan to kidnap him. CJ decides to rescue Johnny to keep Rosenberg safe. Rescue Johnny Sindacco from the Forelli Family in an ambulance. Ken Rosenberg is out of distress and decides to visit the Sindacco Family. The Sindaccos realize the truth and launch an attack on CJ and Rosie.
Woozie asks both of them to sign a document. CJ finds out Madd Dogg, a formerly successful rapper, is attempting to suicide because of losing everything after his rhyme book was stolen and his manager was killed.
CJ says not to do so, but Madd Dogg ignores and proceeds to jump. CJ looks to save him. He orders CJ to stop them from arriving. Intercept, board, empty, and land a plane full of Forellis.
CJ visits C. Tenpenny is infuriated about his career coming to an end, despite not yet. He informs CJ about an FBI agent carrying a dossier containing information about their corruption and tells CJ to kill him and get the evidence dossier. CJ gives C. CJ asks if he's done with C. Tenpenny leaves Pulaski to look after CJ while he's digging.
CJ tries to convince Pulaski, but Pulaski kills Hernandez and tries to escape. However, CJ tells the three of them to leave Las Venturas, while he does the task. Fly to Liberty City and kill Marco Forelli and his men. Now that all the preparations are done, it's time for the heist.
CJ, disguised as Caligula's employee, and his team get ready to rob the casino. Rob the Caligula's Casino and escape back to the airstrip.
